with the BP file. It gives emissions in MtCO2, rather than MtC; the conversion factor is 3.667. Also, BP gives estimates from fossil-fuels, only, not from cement. So it should be the same as Gas+Liquid+Solid+Flaring. In practice, I can see from comparing the six in-common years that the CDIAC figures average 3.12482% higher than the BP figures. So, to estimate CDIAC's G+L+S+F from BP's figures, I divided by 3.667 and added 3.12482%. I had no figures for cement mfg, so I made a WAG and assumed that CO2 from cement mfg continued to increase 25 MtC/year.
