Kate and Simon,

I have been contacted by the British Embassy in Korea with a view to possible 
role for TC to support initiatives in Korea re. the FCCC agenda.  There is possible
FCO support for this (would be the autumn FCO funding round), but for now one
idea that has come from the Koreans via the Embassy is outlined as attached.

I am not sure about this really - it seems much more a Mike Grubb area! - but
it may give us some options with regard to our international program.

Any thoughts?  Kate we can discuss this tomorrow.
