Cohen is now at the National Center for Public Policy Research. It's a second tier group, or maybe the farm league for the top dogs like CEI. Believe it or not, there's dozens of these think tanks, most are here in DC, but they are also in other cities as well. By the way, saw McIntyre at the CCSP conference.
