I was hoping to finish it this week, but it's not ready yet and today is Friday...I need a couple of days moore. I am in Stockholm today on phone: +46 8 164821 Next week it's back to Kiruna again, and on Thursday I'll go to the "First National PAGES Meeting" in Höör, south Sweden, to present the Torneträsk chronology. ----- Last week I was on a very interesting course ("Communicating science and getting funded") in the Bulgarian mountains. Up in these mountains I also saw the most butiful forest I have ever seen: A mixed forest with Oak, Birch, Beech, Pine, Spruce, and you name it. Did you know that they have more-than 1000-year old pines in the Bulgarian mountains? I've seen them -- very impressive. Apparently there has been no dendro-work done on these trees. Håkan
