     Phil,
     
     Thank you very much for the prompt response.  I appreciate it.
     
     In addition to the statement of work, I will need a signed cost 
     proposal for the effort.  Upon receiving these items, I will initiate 
     a contract action through our Contracts department.  The only hang up 
     I see is the delay in funding from NOAA...which is currently being 
     worked.

 Karen,
    I've been at two other small meetings since the one in Greenbelt. I've
 faxed today a report and a sheet containing details of expenses 
 (travel and labour). I'll be mailing the receipts today as well.
    Tim Barnett has just sent me the meeting report and I'll be sending you
 my workplan etc for the next year in the next couple of weeks. I hope to 
 get this done whilst I'm away again. I'll be in work here on the 27th, 
 Oct3/4 and then for the period Oct14-end of Dec (thank goodness !).
   Let me know if there is any additional information you wish me to
 supply.
