   Further to my note to you last week, I thought I would just check to ensure that everything
   is proceeding to plan as far as the despatch of letters to potential interviewees and
   follow-up telephone calls are concerned. If there are any problems or delays, please let me
   know at once. Otherwise, please remember that it is important for you to let me know the
   outcomes of the telephone calls so that I can keep both Compton International and the VC's
   office informed of the outcome.
