   Gents,
   To keep you up to speed, I attach the letter that I sent by surface post yesterday to the
   ICO acknowledging receipt of their letter confirming Mr. Holland's complaint to them.  I
   will bring copies of the ICO letter to our meeting later today.

   I also had an opportunity to speak with the ICO Helpline and the contents of the letter
   reflect their advice to me, specifically in relation to possible disclosure of any
   information sent to the ICO in connection with this matter.
