   Yes, I guess even the morning would be good, although the afternoon is reserved for the
   more detailed group discussions to set the agenda.  But you should be able to get some
   points of view across in the morning if that is all you can make.

     It's short notice I know, but I wonder whether you - or perhaps a colleague
     from Greenpeace - would be interested and able to attend a small one-day
     workshop in London on Tuesday 9th March to help shape a new UK research
     agenda on questions relating to climate stabilisation?  The study is being
     funded by DEFRA.
     The details of this are in the attached letter.  I am keen to have a few
     perspectives on some of the key questions science should be addressing from
     outside the 'usual suspects'.
     Do let me know if this fits your current work schedule.
