I was involved in the PDO project with Lamont, so if you want the PDO stuff I can get help from there (on the other hand, this can be easily covered by Riccardo). I'll try to cover the models also, though if we want to go into details here I'll need to contact Oerlemans (that I can easily do, too). So far I asked some people to send me the recent publications (Wiles, Grove), but did not ask officialy for any help with writing. I like the idea of separate diagramms for tropics, temperate and high latitudes and the Holocene together with the blown-up 2000 years.
