Anyway - here is the result of discussions with Declan (financial) and Saleem (MDGs): i) a covering letter to Steven O'Raw, DFID East Kilbride ii) Annex to the Letter (the list of MDGs) ii) 2 new activity charts (options) iii) 2 new budgets (options) I need to send these out by 4.00pm this afternoon - I think we feel we have already cut a huge chunk off the original budget (£650k or so) and the ball is now in their court to 'get real' about our new options (either £343k or £275k) If I don't hear from you, I will have to go ahead and simply ensure that DFID accept this letter as new suggestions (not binding at all). All the best, Paul Attachment Converted: "c:\eudora\attach\GlobalClimateChangeO'RawOct162001.doc" Attachment Converted: "c:\eudora\attach\GlobalClimateChangeO'RawANNEXOct162001.doc" Attachment Converted: "c:\eudora\attach\GlobalClimateChangePlanAActivityChartOct162001.xls" Attachment Converted: "c:\eudora\attach\GlobalClimateChangePlanBActivityChartOct162001.xls" Attachment Converted: "c:\eudora\attach\GlobalClimateChangePlanABudgetOct162001.xls" Attachment Converted: "c:\eudora\attach\GlobalClimateChangePlanBBudgetOct162001.xls"
